Refund Policy

All payments on FixedMatches.info are processed using cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and the immediate delivery of digital content (VIP access), refunds are generally not available.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to VIP content and agree that this constitutes delivery of the service.

We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate payment: If you accidentally sent two payments for the same subscription
• Technical failure: If a payment was confirmed on the blockchain but VIP access was not activated due to a technical error on our end
• Significant overpayment: If the cryptocurrency amount sent was significantly more than the invoice amount due to exchange rate issues

In all cases, you must contact us within 7 days of the payment with your transaction ID and details of the issue.

• Prediction accuracy — our predictions are not guaranteed and no refund is provided for incorrect predictions
• Change of mind after purchasing a subscription
• Inability to access the site due to issues on your end (internet, browser, etc.)
• Legal restrictions in your jurisdiction regarding gambling content
• Account suspension due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
• Unused subscription time after cancellation of auto-renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew by default. If you no longer wish to continue, cancel auto-renewal from your Dashboard before the current period expires. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current active period.

Once an auto-renewal payment has been processed, it is treated as a new subscription and is subject to this refund policy.

• Your account email address
• NOWPayments transaction/payment ID
• Date of payment
• Amount paid and cryptocurrency used
• Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 72 hours.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment, at the current exchange rate. We are not responsible for changes in cryptocurrency value between the original payment and the refund.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on blockchain confirmation times and internal review.
