FixedMatches.info is a sports prediction and analysis platform that provides football betting predictions for informational purposes. We are not a bookmaker, gambling operator, or licensed betting platform. We do not accept bets, process wagers, or facilitate gambling transactions.

The name “FixedMatches” refers to our fixed (set) daily predictions schedule and does not refer to match-fixing, which is illegal and which we categorically oppose.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age for gambling-related content in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use our services. By using our site, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You may not share your account or allow others to access it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We offer the following VIP subscription plans:

• Daily: $10 USD — 1 day of VIP access
• Weekly: $50 USD — 7 days of VIP access
• Monthly: $100 USD — 30 days of VIP access

Subscriptions auto-renew by default. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your Dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not end your current subscription period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Payments are processed through NOWPayments using cryptocurrency. Supported cryptocurrencies include Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Litecoin, BNB, Solana, Dogecoin, and 200+ others. All prices are denominated in US Dollars (USD).

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible on the blockchain. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address. Exchange rate fluctuations between the time of invoice creation and payment confirmation are handled by NOWPayments.

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments and digital content delivery, refunds are generally not available. We may consider refunds for duplicate payments or technical errors on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are never issued based on prediction accuracy. See our Refund Policy for details.

Our predictions are based on statistical analysis and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction. Past performance does not indicate future results. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and any financial gains or losses.

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding gambling and betting content
• Not resell, redistribute, or republish our predictions or content
• Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our services
• Not share your VIP account with others
• Use the site only for lawful purposes

All content on FixedMatches.info — including predictions, analysis, text, graphics, logos, and software — is our intellectual property or that of our licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services. Upon termination, your access to VIP content ceases immediately and no refund is owed for the remaining subscription period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FixedMatches.info, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, loss of data, or service interruptions.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions will be accurate.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
